An Eagle Scout, Kraig has served as a Troop Committee Chairman for the Boy Scouts of America, and also volunteers on excursions with the Heber Valley Railroad. Kraig directs the choir at his church congregation, and has appeared as a lead in local community theater productions, including “Annie Get Your Gun” and “The Music Man.”

In addition, Kraig is a certified soccer referee and a marathon runner.
